We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, this must be done within 24 hours of purchase for all pajamas, loungewear, and kaftans.

Refunds & Exchanges Conditions:
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Applicable to orders within Kuwait only
• The customer is responsible for all delivery fees related to refunds and exchanges
• Items may be tried on for fitting purposes only
• Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or used
• All original tags must remain attached and not removed
• Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other odors
• Items must show no stains, tears, damage, or signs of use
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Sale items are not refundable

Any item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
